Boating Life at Jekyll Island May 2008

Date: 05 May 2008

The wind today is really blowing. It’s blowing 25 to 30 mph. Our boat handles the wind well, and we are quite comfortable. My mother-in-law, Joyce Schlump,is visiting us from Laramie, WY. It’s great having her around. She helps to school the children, and plays with them.

Corwin’s cast comes off this week. Then we are going to head to a boat yard and have the bottom of our boat painted. We are going to do all the work ourselves. It will be fun to move the boat. We plan on leaving GA in June to head North.

Other than that not much else is going on.
